During this exploratory workshop, we will introduce benefits of working with early life memories in relation to our challenges today. How we are in our life and relationships can be affected by our history – by parts of our life which were too much for our younger self to integrate back then. Overwhelming past events are commonly referred to as trauma imprints. These imprints may lead us to spend much of our time in our history or projecting into our future; yet to be authentic in ourselves we need to be here in present time.
The outcome from these overwhelming events can show up in our lives today as part of a series of actions, a sequence, that we have habituated. For example, how we relate to new beginnings; which strategies we use when we meet adversity during a project; how we resource in it and how we complete it.
